My first American Wagyu Bavette order

Wow!!! My wife and I just had one of the best steaks of all time. If you’re looking for a premium cut of beef that is both delicious and healthy, Mandola Food Company’s American Wagyu Bavette is an excellent choice. The meat is tender, flavorful, and of the highest quality, making it a must-try for any beef lover. My photo attached is my half of the steak. My wife ate her wagyu before I could snap a photo. Again, wow and enjoy!


We made this and served on top of cheese enchiladas to make a veggie friendly (and not so friendly) option for some of our guests. We marinated the meat in lime juice for 30 minutes then grilled it up. Not a bite was left. Melts in your mouth. Would also be delicious in tacos!

Always great meats

We love the meats we order.. had the rack of lamb, sirloin, short ribs.. all was excellent
