Masami Ranch out of California was founded by Masami Ishida in 1988. This ranch is special in the sense they not only raise the cattle but also process on-site keeping standards high and consistent. Following the traditional Wagyu feeding program, the marbling score for an American wagyu will not disappoint.
Its name comes from its triangle shape and the fact that it is the at the very tip of the sirloin. It's rich in meaty flavor and lower in fat than other cuts.
