Shipping & Returns

WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN A PRODUCT SAYS "WILL BECOME AVAILABLE IN 48 HRS OR 4 DAYS OR LESS"

We receive inventory every week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If an item is not available immediately, we will be have it within a couple days. So if you don't mind waiting a couple days, go ahead and place your order!
If you require same day delivery, please select items that are currently in stock. Any items not in stock will be delivered as they become available." 

Shipping Rates

Anywhere we do not deliver we ship via FEDEX, we try to keep all of our transit times under three (3) days. We ship Monday-Thursday on a first come first base basi and based on available inventory.  If you require faster shipping, pay for priority shipping or overnight.

Orders are shipped based on available inventory and may take up to 4 days to be fulfilled.

Your order will be handpicked, cut, sealed, and carefully packed in an insulated box with reusable ice packs to maintain your items in good condition for up to 56 hours. Please note items may begin to thaw during transit, as long as items arrive cold to the touch we consider them safe for consumption.

Shipping restrictions

UPS might not leave packages in open areas (apartment or condo complexes).
We do not currently ship to APO and other US Military locations due to the perishable nature of our products.

We do not ship Internationally due to customs laws.
Please double-check addresses. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances may delay your shipment. We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of the product, we cannot accept returned merchandise.

We will not issue a refund to anyone’s credit card who refuses a delivery or in any way attempts to return a shipment.

Please check all addresses carefully. Damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee so please be sure to double-check addresses.

The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.

Holiday Shipping & Special Occasions 

For special occasions we recommend selecting a delivery date AT LEAST 1 week in advance to allow for any delays and to let your product thaw safely.
Many of our larger cuts (hams, prime rib, briskets) can take 3 to 4 days to completely thaw. Please plan accordingly and schedule shipments with enough time to safely thaw in the refrigerator.
