Skye Copeland It was very easy to cook. Just 5 minutes on each side, in an oven at 475F. Then a couple minutes under the broiler. The meat was as tender and tasty as when we were first served Iberico Pluma in a Spanish fine-dining restaurant. We also loved Mandola's Pizza kit. The ingredients created a pizza as good as any we've had in the U.S. or Italy. The crust is chewy and crispy on the edges. Buy the family-tradition sausage. And the Waygu sirloin was superb. Enjoy having high-end, quality meats and pizza in your own home.
