Triangular muscle from the front part of the loin in contact with the pork collar. The word Pluma translates as “feather” due to its wing-like shape. It is very tender and juicy, and considered the most authentic flavor of acorn-fed Iberico, thanks to the high percentage of infiltrated fat.

Delectable pork Pluma, Superb Pizza, and many other treasures

It was very easy to cook. Just 5 minutes on each side, in an oven at 475F. Then a couple minutes under the broiler. The meat was as tender and tasty as when we were first served Iberico Pluma in a Spanish fine-dining restaurant. We also loved Mandola's Pizza kit. The ingredients created a pizza as good as any we've had in the U.S. or Italy. The crust is chewy and crispy on the edges. Buy the family-tradition sausage. And the Waygu sirloin was superb. Enjoy having high-end, quality meats and pizza in your own home.

Looks Like Beef Eats like Pork!!!!

This piece of meat is absolutely delicious! It looks like beef, cooks like beef, but tastes like pork!! Put this bad boy over some high heat and impress the pants off of your tortillas’ pants!!
