Rack of Lamb

This lamb was so flavorful and easy to prepare. It made for a truly special dinner

From taste to cut, from flavor to price, the Mandola Food Company Rack of Lamb is fantastic and a culinary delight to cook. Having had quiet a few of these now (some my husband bought, some I bought) we now ONLY use these lambs for dinner parties and (of course) for our own consumption. Coat with a gentle spread of olive oil, some salt and pepper and roast and you have a winner!

The meat stands on it's own and is completely fresh. My standards have been raised and the only downside is that I'm more aware of when I'm not eating high quality meat. It can be a drag.

This was the best quality lamb I have purchased in Houston in years! The Mandola Family knows food and quality. It was a blessing to have it shipped right to our door! The chicken breasts were wonderful too and we already know the quality of their Italian Sausage because we've been buying it from them for years!

I had Mandola Food Company ship me their lamb all the way to an island off the coast of Maine. It came right away, was packed perfectly in ice packs, and was extremely delicious and loved by all.
